Hello lovely subscribers and welcome to Women’s Cycling Weekly! 🚴♀️
I can’t believe the Olympics are nearly over. The cycling events have not disappointed from Pauline Ferrand-Prevot’s masterclass in the MTB, to Grace Brown in that sketchy, wet ITT and a gutsy win for Kristen Faulkner in the road race. Then there’s the track, which is always so fun to watch, and where we’ve seen incredible rides from so many talented women. I’ll be sad when the Olympics is over but also VERY excited because that will mean it’s finally time for the Tour de France Femmes avez Zwift!
I’m packing my bags (actually, I actually haven’t even started packing yet 🫠) and heading off to Rotterdam on Sunday ready to cover the race for both WCW — pod and newsletter — and Rouleur. See you then!
