Hello lovely subscribers and welcome to Women’s Cycling Weekly: Your weekly round-up of all things news, content, racing, and more from the world of women’s cycling.
Hey, sports fans! If you missed the announcement last week, Amy is taking some time off this summer to welcome a new human into the world and has trusted me (Lulah!) to look after the newsletter. I’ve worked on WCW before but only behind the scenes, so please bear with me through any clunky intros or technical mishaps. You can expect largely the same content, just probably with a notably increase in downhill mentions.
There’s not too much content this week, but we’ve got a long list of one-day and stage races coming up as well as the MTB World Cup in Leogang this weekend. Apologies for this getting sent out a bit early (it really is a new era) - there are a couple of races that haven’t quite finished yet but I have a train to catch! I will make sure to include the results in next week’s issue.
