Hello lovely subscribers and welcome to Women’s Cycling Weekly! 🚴♀️
If you were looking forward to watching the women’s European cyclocross champs tomorrow then you’ll be pretty disappointed thanks to Storm Ciarán, the affects of which have forced organisers to postpone tomorrow’s races until Sunday.
Something that (hopefully, at least) won’t be affected by stormy weather is the Track Champions League, the third round of which takes place tomorrow at the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines aka the one riders will race on at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games! I’ve loved watching the racing as always and ICYMI here’s what Katie Archibald had to say about what the league is doing for the popularity of track racing.
Elsewhere, based on this Tweet, I wanted to poll you guys:
Enjoy!

Katia Ragusa, Silvia Zanardi and Linda Zanetti will be riding for Human Powered Health next season.

Really enjoyed your chat with Kim. It's great to get these insights so that when I watch races I feel like I know a bit about the riders. Thank you x
I wouldn't consider Shirin van Anrooij a domestique either (won Binda!!)
