So happy for Kasia. I feared that she had gone too early, but won it in style. Great season so far. I wonder if SDWorx may have impacted their season with the Demi contract stuff but I am not surprised they are less dominant this season and pleased for the sport to share the spoils.
Same! I know, it did seem that way briefly but when I saw Demi and Elisa struggling behind and she kept powering on 🥹🥹. It really has been such a good season so far, it's so much more exciting to watch when there's a number of riders on the top level who can win rather than just one or two.
I think it could have for sure, I can imagine there's a lot of behind the scenes stuff we don't know about that is bound to cause some stress and impact performance but also there was no way they could repeat their feats from 2023 again.
